'Pin the Tail on the Donkey' is a classic children's game frequently enjoyed during birthday celebrations. It's simple to play and suitable for people of all ages (5+). The game requires minimal setup.
Part 1
Step 1. Draw or buy a large picture of a donkey without a tail.

Draw or purchase a large picture of a donkey missing its tail. You can buy a game set from a store or create one yourself.
Step 2. Place the donkey image on a vertical surface, like a wall.

Step 3. Blindfold one of the players.

Step 4. Spin the blindfolded player around several times until they feel dizzy and lose their sense of direction.

Step 5. Instruct the player to pin the tail, trying to remember where the donkey's image is located.

Tell the player to pin the tail as they attempt to recall where the donkey's image hangs. After they do so, remove the blindfold.
Step 6. Let another player take their turn.

Allow another player to have their turn. Keep all the tails in place until every player has had a chance to try.
Step 7. Determine the winner.

Decide who the winner is. The winner is the one who pins the tail closest to the correct spot (often marked with an 'X').
