Sports Top
Step 1: Lay the T-Shirt Flat

Lay the t-shirt flat on a surface. Using scissors, cut the neckline to create a deep neckline.
Step 2: Cut the Sleeves; You Can Also Unpick Them

Cut off the sleeves; you can also unpick them. Don’t throw one away, as you can use it later.
Step 3: Create a Cutout in the Back – It Should Be Smaller Than the Front

Make a cutout in the back – it should be smaller than the front. A sports top has a back cutout resembling a large, wide strap in the middle of the back with rounded edges.
Step 4: Stretch the Cut Edges to Curl Inward

Step 5: Trim Excess Fabric from the Sleeves

Trim excess fabric from the sleeves. You should end up with one long strip of fabric.
Step 6: Create a Tank Top

Create a tank top. Lay the t-shirt face down on the table. Take the long strip of fabric and tie a knot by threading it between the sleeves at the back.
Step 7: You're Done!

You're done! Enjoy your new tank top.
One-Shoulder T-Shirt
Step 1: Start with an Oversized T-Shirt

Take an oversized t-shirt. Fold it in half vertically so that the back side is inside and the front side is outside. Tuck the sleeves neatly. Use a pen to mark where the t-shirt is folded.
Step 2: Measure the Neckline

Measure the neckline. Start the measuring tape at the base of the neck and end it a few centimeters below the shoulder on the other side.
- Round the result up by 1 or 2 cm, then divide it in half.
Step 3: Place the T-Shirt on the Table

Place the t-shirt on the table. Measure from the shoulder of the shirt (5 cm from the collar) to the middle of the shirt. Mark where the measuring tape intersects with the previously marked point at the center of the collar. This will be your reference point.
Step 4: Cut the Top Layer of the T-Shirt

Cut the top layer of the t-shirt. Make a circular cut from the shoulder to the center of the shirt. Now make a horizontal cut at the marked point to create a flap.
Step 5: Fold the Flap to the Other Side

Fold the flap to the other side. Continue cutting along the other side of the t-shirt. Ensure you’re only cutting the top layer of the t-shirt.
Step 6: Make a Cut in the Back

Make a cut in the back. Just cut along the seam of the collar. This will create a large enough cut to expose one shoulder.
Step 7: Remove the Seams

Remove the seams. Cut off the sleeves.
Step 8: Stretch the Cut Edges to Curl Inward

Step 9: You're Done!

You're done! Enjoy your new one-shoulder t-shirt.
