Sometimes strange events occur in homes and apartments that disrupt our comfort. There can be many reasons for this. Some people believe that homes retain memories of their previous occupants, much like a photographic memory. This can lead to discomfort for the current residents. Such situations are hard to label as "hauntings"; rather, they manifest as echoes of captured scenes from the past. In this case, the process of cleansing can be as effective as erasing an old tape and recording a new one. However, there are instances of real hauntings, especially if a tragedy occurred in the home or if someone died there. These entities may linger in this world, unable to find peace.
Part 1
Step 1: Prepare Before You Start the Cleansing Ritual

- First, declutter your home by getting rid of anything unnecessary or junk. Donate items you no longer need, or hold a garage sale, and give the remaining usable items to those in need. Often, paranormal phenomena are accompanied by physical clutter.
- Conduct a thorough cleaning of your entire home: from ceiling to floor, including the attic and basement. Clean the walls (using diluted vinegar or lemon water), dust, vacuum, and clean the carpets. Don't forget about any sheds or garages.
- If possible, ventilate the space for a few days. After washing the windows and glass, as well as cleaning chandeliers and gutters, try to let fresh air into the house. If bad weather is expected, focus on cleaning first, then leave the windows open on sunny days. Turn off heating and ventilation to ensure good air circulation. Repeat this process twice.
Step 2: Gather All Necessary Materials

Step 3: While Reciting the Incantation or Prayer, Carefully Pour Water Over the Salt

As you recite the incantation or prayer, slowly pour water over the salt. An example of a prayer might be: "May the combination of pure salt and pure water protect our home and cleanse it in the name of ..." Here you can insert the name of the deity you believe in or say your own prayer. Consider this ritual a sacred act filled with meaning, aimed at healing your home.
Step 4: Use Your Fingers or a Small Brush to Sprinkle Holy Water on the Walls, Doors, and Windows of Each Room

Using your fingers or a brush, gently sprinkle holy water on the walls, doors, and windows in each room. Make sure nothing goes unnoticed.
Step 5: Place the Remaining Mixture of Water and Salt in a Line In Front of Each Door Leading In and Out of the Home

Lay the remaining mixture of water and salt in a line in front of all doors leading into and out of the home. As you do this, verbally state the names of everyone who lives in the house, as well as those you allow to come and go, including pets. This will help establish boundaries for all those you mention.
Step 6: Return to the Home and Light a Small White Candle and Incense in Each Room

Light a small white candle and incense in each room, allowing them to burn down completely.
Step 7: Place a Bouquet of Flowers in the Main Room
