A quick guide to help you master the cool soccer trick known as 'Around the World'.
Part 1
Step 1. Start Practicing Regularly.

Begin practicing regularly. Aim to spend at least three hours a week training, as soccer players need to have good muscle control.
Step 2. Place the ball on the ground, put your foot on it, and roll it back so that the ball is resting on top of your foot.

Step 3. To get a feel for the ball, juggle it with your foot.

To get a feel for the ball, juggle it with your foot. Strike it about 50 times (not too high).
Step 4. Try to keep the ball on your foot.

Try to keep the ball on your foot. Once you can do this, aim to hold it for as long as possible (at least around 30 seconds).
Step 5. Let the ball shift slightly to the right (if your dominant foot is the right one).

Step 6. Lift your foot and circle it around the top of the ball from the inside, trying not to touch it, then circle it around the outside.

Lift your foot and circle it around the top of the ball from the inside, trying not to touch it, then circle it around the outside. Don’t worry about how to catch the ball; this is just practice.
Step 7. Bounce the ball off a hard surface (let it bounce a few times) and try to touch it with the inside of your foot.

Step 8. Quickly circle your foot around the ball from the outside, trying not to touch it, then circle your foot around the ball from the inside and kick it to regain control and begin juggling again.

Step 9. Repeat this several times until you can do it without an extra touch on the ball (at the beginning or the end).

Repeat this several times until you can do it without an extra touch on the ball (at the beginning or the end). Once you can do this, you can start with a few juggles, then perform "Around the World," and continue juggling the ball.
